• Roof Waterproofing :

Waterproofing of roofs is done in totality of 6 layers with primer being done on the mother slab and another 5 layers which includes 1 layer of polyfelt , 1 layer of geotextile and 3 layers of hot bitumen on the base and verticals.

• Terrace Garden Waterproofing :
  

Waterproofing of roofs is done in totality of 7 layers with primer being done on the mother slab and another 6 layers which includes 1 layer of polyfelt , 2 layer of geotextile and 3 layers of hot bitumen on the base and verticals.

• Toilet/Kitchen/Balconies Waterproofing :
  

laying 3 layers of TAPECRETE – each layer mixed  with white  cement  in  proportion 1:2  (one part  tapecrete and  two parts of white cement) over a primer  coat of  neat  cement  admixed  with  chemical  CH-9.  AND sealing  all  joints,  corners, junction of pipes & masonry with EPOXY PUTTY.

• U/G Tank Waterproofing :
  

laying 4 layers of TAPECRETE – each layer mixed  with white  cement  in  proportion 1:2  (one part  tapecrete and  two parts of white cement) over a primer  coat of  neat  cement  admixed  with  chemical  CH-9.  AND sealing  all  joints,  corners, junction of pipes & concrete with EPOXY PUTTY

• Swimming Pool Waterproofing :

ACRYLIC BASED POLYMER MODIFIED coating is mixed with white cement and silica sand over a primer coat of neat cement slurry with an admixture of impermeable chemical CH-9.
2 layers of EPOXY RESIN BASED SYSTEM 1:1 i.e. one part of ARALDITE GY257 and one part of HARDNER XY45 reinforced with glass fibre cloth.
all joints, corners, junction of pipes & concrete are sealed with EPOXY PUTTY.

• Basement waterproofing :

A layer of cement slurry mixed with chemical CH-9.
A layer of cement sand mortar 1:3 of about 25mm thickness (one part cement & three parts sand) mixed with chemical CH-9.
A layer of rough kota stone of about 20mm to 25mm thickness and the joints of stone sealed with neat cement slurry mixed with admixture of chemical CH-9.
A layer of plaster consisting of cement sand mortar 1:4 of 20-25mm thickness (one part cement & four parts of sand) mixed with chemical CH-9.
1. Immediately after the plaster is done stone grit is sprinkled over it.
& ON VERTICALS: To cost of providing & laying ‘Y’ Grade impermeable chemical waterproofing specification on the verticals – consisting of :-1. A layer of Kota stone of about 20mm to 25mm thickness laid with a gap of about 12mm to 15mm between the stone and wall and joint of stone sealed with neat cement mixed with chemical CH-9.
2. A layer of plater consisting of cement sand mortar 1:4 (one part cement & four parts coarse sand) mixed with chemical CH-9 splashed on the exterior surfaces of stone.
3. A layer of cement slurry mixed with chemical CH-9 filled in the gap between the stone and wall.

• Insulation with EPS/Xps :

Waterproofing of roofs is done in totality of 10 layers with primer being done on the mother slab and another 9 layers which includes 2 layer of polyfelt , 1 layer of geotextile,1 layer Expanded Polystyrene – Thermocole of  24 kgs.cu.mtr density of 50 mm thickness and 5 layers of biumen
